Literature and Latte is a successful software company founded by writers for writers. If you write professionally then you almost certainly know about Scrivener, the main app for which Literature and Latte are famous. Scrivener is to any form of writer what the Lightsaber is to a Jedi - the ultimate advantage.
Founded in 2006 with one purpose: providing writing software that is powerful and flexible enough to allow writers to work however they want; software that isn’t prescriptive but expansive, giving writers the freedom to be creative and explore ideas in their own way.
This spirit, drive and sense of creativity was totally lacking from the identity, the voice and visual assets of the business and the products. The software was due some major upgrades - along with the business looking to grow and this combination became the catalyst to review and refresh the whole brand platform and positioning.
