Brand implementation across print, digital and live experience for property development, Lexicon

London residential property developer, Mount Anvil’s latest development Lexicon, needed to simplify and sharpen its commercial focus and also equip their team with a set of sales tools to market the new aspirational property effectively.

We created a full suite of adverts for both print and digital applications to raise the profile of the new stunning tower. Supporting print materials in the form of a heavyweight property brochure add a sense of luxury, highlighting the quality of the apartments.

 

The team really helped revive one of our brands that had lost steam and energy during the long pre-construction phase of development. It was a pleasure to have them breath some new life into our brand and enhance the offering which we feel put us in a much better position to launch to the public. The team was very efficient and provided us with excellent service.
